There are vegetarian options, cooked fish options\u2026 even interesting (cooked!) land animal sushi types.\u00a0 If your adventurous cook friend doesn\u2019t have one yet, consider getting them a sushi maker.\u00a0 This one gets good reviews, and is the one I got my sister for Xmas.
